In the Game
- Open Arche PG and tap the gear icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the Game starts over with a new account.
Without the Game
If you can no longer open the Game, email [email protected] from any address with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your Player ID (Settings → User ID) if you have it, or your display name and the sign-in method you used (Google, Apple or Steam). We may ask you to prove the account is yours, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your display name and your sign-in identifier (the same Google, Apple or Steam account will start a new, empty account next time).
- Your chat messages and private conversations, friends and friend requests, blocks, reports, guild applications, inbox and play session records.
- Your guild membership. If you led a guild, leadership passes to another member; a guild with no other members is closed.
- Your active Merchant listings are withdrawn.
- Your progress, items and currencies can no longer be used or recovered.
What is kept
- Anonymous records of in-game transactions that can no longer be linked to you, kept to protect the in-game economy against fraud.
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Daily database backups expire after 14 days (and hosting snapshots after 7 days); deleted data disappears from them within about 3 weeks.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active VIP subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. VIP bought on Steam is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
