Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mesut Çağa, the developer and operator of Arche PG ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Arche PG game and related services (the "Game"). By downloading, accessing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Apple or Steam). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person may not run several accounts to gain an unfair advantage. You can delete your account at any time in the Game (Settings → Delete Account) or as described on the account deletion page.

3. Licence to play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Virtual currency and items

The Game contains virtual currencies (Gold and Diamonds) and virtual items such as equipment, runes, socket stones, papers and chests ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use inside the Game. You do not own Virtual Items. We may manage, balance, change or remove them as part of running the Game, and we do not owe compensation for unused Virtual Items when your account is closed or the Game ends, except where the law requires it.

5. Chests, random rewards and PvP opponents

Some rewards, including chests, contain randomly selected Virtual Items. The chance of receiving each type of reward is shown in the Game (in the Shop, before you open or buy a chest). Random results are decided by our servers and cannot be predicted or influenced.

In PvP, if no other player is available within about 30 seconds, you are matched with a computer-controlled opponent whose strength is based on yours. Such a match counts toward your PvP points like any other match.

6. Player trading (Merchant)

The in-game Merchant lets players list Virtual Items for other players to buy with Diamonds. Only players with an active VIP membership can buy or sell; a commission is deducted from each sale; unsold listings return to your Inbox. Trades happen only inside the Game and only for in-game Diamonds. Buying, selling or trading accounts, Virtual Items or currency for real money or any other value outside the Game is prohibited and may lead to suspension of every account involved.

7. Purchases and VIP membership

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or Steam and are subject to their terms. The price is shown before you buy. Purchased Diamonds and items are delivered to the account that made the purchase.

On iOS and Android, VIP is a subscription. Its length, price and benefits are shown in the Shop before you buy. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app-store account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; deleting the Game does not cancel it. If you reinstall the Game or change device, use Restore in the Shop to restore active purchases. On Steam, VIP is a one-time purchase for the period shown and does not renew automatically.

Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled by the store you paid (Apple, Google Play or Steam) under its own policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may have; note that under Turkish and EU consumer law you may lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once you ask for it to be delivered immediately.

8. Fair play and conduct

Play fairly. Cheat software, bots, automation, exploiting bugs, modified clients, tools that read or change game traffic, and running several accounts to benefit one are prohibited. Battles are verified by our servers; results that do not match may be rejected. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or use hate speech or sexual content toward other players. Violations may lead to warnings, removal of Virtual Items gained unfairly, chat restrictions, or temporary or permanent suspension.

9. Your content

You are responsible for what you post — chat messages, private messages, guild names, descriptions and billboards, and your display name. You keep ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate (including through our translation provider when a VIP player asks for a translation) and moderate it for running the Game. We may filter, hide or remove content and restrict accounts to keep the community safe. You can report and block other players in the Game.

10. Changes to the Game

The Game is a live service. We may add, change, rebalance, pause or remove features, content or the whole Game at any time to keep it healthy and fair, with or without notice.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, harm other players or misuse the Game. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. When access ends your licence ends and Virtual Items are forfeited, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of Virtual Items or progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are handled by the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. App stores

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, Google or Valve. The store is not responsible for the Game or its support, and your use must also follow the app store's terms. For the iOS version, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
