Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Arche PG game ("we", "us", the "Game") collects, why, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and matches the Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Privacy disclosures for the app.
1. Who is responsible
Arche PG is developed and operated by Mesut Çağa, who is the data controller for the personal data described here (developer contact: [email protected]). For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We collect only what the Game needs to run. We do not show third-party ads and we do not sell your data.

Settings such as sound, music and vibration are stored only on your device. The Game does not use advertising identifiers, location or your contacts.
3. Why we may use your data
- Contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6/1-b): creating your account and running the Game, social features and purchases.
- Legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6/1-f): security, preventing cheating and fraud, moderation and improving the Game.
- Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, GDPR Art. 6/1-c): keeping purchase and tax records where the law requires.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us under written agreements:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, which hosts our game servers, database and backups in the European Union.
- Cloudflare, which protects and routes the traffic between the Game and our servers (it sees IP addresses and request data).
- Google and Apple, for sign-in and in-app purchases on Android and iOS.
- Valve (Steam), for sign-in, purchases and achievements in the PC version.
- Google Cloud Translation, only when a VIP player taps Translate on a chat message: the text of that message is sent to Google to be translated. Translations are cached on our servers for up to 3 days.
Other players see what the Game shows publicly: your display name, avatar, level, power, guild, equipped items, ranking, league and PvP standing, and the messages you post. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect players' safety.
5. International transfers
Some providers (for example Google, Apple, Valve and Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for Türkiye, the transfer rules of KVKK Article 9.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and gameplay data: while your account exists.
- Chat messages: deleted automatically after about 2 days; their translations are deleted after at most 3 days. A message that is reported is copied for moderation and kept only as long as needed to handle the report.
- After you delete your account: your display name and sign-in identifier are removed, and your messages, conversations, friends, blocks, reports, inbox and play sessions are deleted. Anonymous records of in-game transactions that can no longer be linked to you are kept to protect the in-game economy against fraud.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Backups: our database is backed up daily and each backup is kept for 14 days; our hosting provider also keeps server snapshots for up to 7 days. Data you delete disappears from backups when they expire, within about 3 weeks.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 you can ask whether we process your data and get information about it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and receive a copy of your data. Send your request to [email protected] with your Player ID (Settings → User ID). We answer within the legal deadline (30 days). You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
8. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account in the Game at Settings → Delete Account. See the account deletion page for exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
9. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers in the European Union. Access is limited to people who need it to run the Game.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
